Webdesk, TNI Islampur, 03rd September, 2016: In tandem with the Government of West Bengal’s ‘Nirmal Bangla Mission’ a cleanliness drive was carried out at Islampur’s Subdivisional Hospital under the leadership of the Hospital Superintendant Dr. Narayan Chandra Middya today. In presence of the Hospital Super Dr. Middya, the hospital staffs including the Nurses, Ward boys, Security staffs and other employees cleaned the various wards of the hospital as well as the outside areas of the wards also. However, except the Superintendant, not a single Doctor was present in the program. On the other hand along with Dr. Middya, the Deputy CMO Abdul Mohsin was present on the spot. Later Dr. Middya confessed the absence of the doctors but tried to cover the issue saying that the doctors may be present in some other works.
